High level of business acumen has created safe & successful companies. Strong customer, supplier and industry relationships with over the 32 years in conveyor Industry.

Sales Manager – Stu

Belt splicing qualifications provide technical service knowledge across a wide range of industry types, from food to coal mining conveyors. Strong problem-solving abilities with over 20 years in a technical sales roles.

Field Service Manager - Paul

High level Belt splicing, training qualifications & cleaner maintenance. International experience working on some of the largest conveyor systems in the world. Over 20 years of experience training and leading large teams.

Workshop Manager – Adam

Belt splicing & Electrical trade qualifications. Exceptional focus on safety, quality, customer service and meeting deadlines. Most of the 24 years in the industry as a business owner.

Technical Sales - Mike

Mechanical Trade qualification and technical sales background with broad technical experience in various industries including heavy industries and specialized hydraulics. New to the conveyor industry and is succeeding with quick and considered solutions for our customers.

Sales and Purchasing – Marty

Technical and Product knowledge from over 16years in the business provide internal and external customers with excellent support and problems solving.

Financial Director – Ainsley

Financial experience in manufacturing, corporate head office manager and production business’s. 10yrs in the conveyor business.

Accounts Administrator – Belinda

Broad range of experience as administrator in transport, construction and other industries including director in her own construction and retails business’s.

Conveyor Tech Supervisor – Gary

High level Belt splicing skills. International experience in various Pacific Rim countries. Over 25 years  experience in conveyor splicing, rubber lining and general conveyor maintenance.

Conveyor Tech Tradesman – Zenith 

Completed his trade with the business, went away and diversified his skills and knowledge. Returned and is now a extremely valuable contributor to the service department.

Conveyor Tech Tradesman – Andrey 

A tradesman with many years experience in the mining industry. Provides excellent attention to detail and high level of safety & quality.

Conveyor Tech Tradesman – Corey

Completed his Trade at RAM and regularly travels to central Qld to assist RAM customers with highly technical splicing and specialty conveyor belt installations.

Conveyor Tech Tradesman – Reece 

Completed his trade at RAM after leaving school and is the one of the youngest and most enthusiastic tradesman in the industry. A wizard with Rubber lining and Pulley lagging.

Conveyor Tech Tradesman – Tony 

Comes to RAM with 12years experience in a wide range of industries from food industries to heavy mining. RAM’s resident expert in lightweight PVC & Urethane belting splicing.

Convey Tech Apprentice – Josh 

One our hardest working and enthusiastic employee’s. He has picked up splicing quickly and is now a valuable asset to the company.

Conveyor Tech Apprentice – Jayden

Comes to the business with experience in equipment sales and service and contributes to experience to the business in this area. Jayden has quickly adapted to the conveyor industry and leads the way with mechanical splicing skills.
